  • When we don’t feel well we often misspend our money and resources on short-term pleasures recovering from impulsive unhealthy coping such as, online shopping, over eating, drinking excessively, or missing work. The cost of living life with an emotional imbalance is hard to quantify, but is likely costing you more than you realize.

    However, if you value and desire true self-care, the type of healing that lasts, do the right thing and invest in your health by building a strong internal foundation through good therapy and coaching.

    For private pay clients, my hourly rate is $180 for a full 60 minute session. This includes free intermittent 10 minute check-ins and supportive coaching between appointments as needed, within reason.

    And for a limited time only, as I work to obtain my EMDR certification, I have begun to accept insurance through Alma. You can view insurances I accept on my Alma profile or check your insurance coverage on the Alma network by clicking here. If your insurance doesn’t qualify, I am also offering a sliding-scale for potential EMDR clients who are paying out of pocket. Call or email for a free consult.

  • I am currently accepting insurance through Alma. You can visit their website to see if your insurance is accepted. If not, no worries! As an “out of network” provider I can easily provide you with a superbill for possible reimbursement by your insurance.

  • It depends on your situation and goals. I offer 8-12 week programs in e.g. mindfulness, over coming depression, taking control of your anxiety and more. I also provide long term counseling. It is usually best to start therapy on a weekly basis, but this can be adjusted depending on your needs and schedule.
